New Quay (Welsh: Cei Newydd) is both a traditional fishing town and a seaside resort on Cardigan Bay, Ceredigion, Wales.

New Quay is known for its bottlenose dolphins and was a favourite haunt of poet Dylan Thomas, who took it as a model for the fictitious village of Llareggub in his "play for voices" Under Milk Wood. In addition to the hospitality industry, there is still significant employment in sea fishing and fish processing.

The annual Cardigan Bay Regatta, usually in August, has been conducted since at least the 1870s. Events now include inshore sports (swimming, rowing, etc.) and dinghy and cruiser racing.

Other attractions include the harbour, beach, heritage centre and Marine Wildlife Centre. Nearby New Quay Honey Farm, the largest bee farm in Wales, has a live bee exhibition and sells honey, mead and beeswax.
